*UPDATE* AGM Thursday 30th June 2011

Dear All,

Please note the AGM will now be held on Thursday 30th June at 7.30pm, Old Felixstowe Community Centre.

Please all help circulate to those not on email.

Nomination papers and role profiles will be sent out shortly, they will also be available from the club website.

Please note the following points;

• There is a new version of the constitution, which will be published on the website, please read this ready to vote at the meeting.
• There is a proposal for funding a level 2 coach, see attachment ‘Training Proposal’. This will be discussed on the night.
• Joe and myself are only intending to stand until 31/12/11 at the very latest. If anyone is willing, proposed and seconded to take over from the AGM we will happily stand down from this date. We are happy to help any new candidates in to these roles if necessary.

Please find attached minutes from the 2010 AGM. The agenda for this year will be available on the evening. The AGM is for current club members only.

Any questions please let me know, otherwise hopefully see as many of you there as possible.
