As many of you are aware, the ladies had to cancel and so forfeit their game at the weekend because we could not provide an umpire.

New Level 1 Umpires.

Congratulations to Felixstowe Hockey Clubs newly qualified level 1 Umpires.  John Chapman, Christine Pittaccio, Kirsty Seymour and Charlie Burton all completed the two day course held at Harleston Magpies Hockey Club with flying colours.

LEVEL 1 UMPIRE AWARD: 14th & 17th Jan 2010

Please find attached details of a Level 1 Umpire Award taking place in Suffolk in January.  The Level 1 Umpire Award is the umpiring award relevant to the competitive game. It's educational and very worthwhile for anyone wanting to extend their hockey knowledge and develop their umpiring to the next level. The courses are supported by England Hockey resources.
