Welcome to Felixstowe Hockey Club.

Felixstowe Hockey Club is a friendly welcoming club based in the coastal town of Felixstowe.  Records of a hockey club in Felixstowe date back to 1905.

The club has a vision of ‘Hockey for All’ from the very best players to people starting out and any ability in between.

The club plays its home games on the all weather facility at Orwell High School then it is a short journey to our club house situated in Dellwood Avenue.  We have our own bar and recreational facilities open to members and guests.  We have a number of social events throughout the season.

Our Men’s 1st Team play in Division 1 of the Eastern League after winning Division 3NE and Division 2N in consecutive seasons.  The Men’s 2nd Team are now in Division 4NE after winning Division 5NE last season.  Our Men’s 3rd Team are in the very competitive Division 6NE.  This enables players of all abilities to test themselves and play to a level that suits their ability.

Our Ladies Team won the Suffolk League Division 1 last season and boasts a collection of very promising young players.  They have a very inclusive atmosphere in the team and welcome new members.

Our training takes place on a Tuesday night from 7:00 with a number of experienced coaches and a structure to enable all levels to improve.

Two of our male players Jack Entwistle and Andrew Kelcher recently represented Suffolk at the county cup in Cannock.

So if you are looking to join a club to play Hockey at a high level or you just want to play socially then we offer facilities to suit all.

If you are interested in joining the club or coming along to see what we are like please contact our secretary.
