Our Back to Hockey sessions are proving exceptionally popular this year and it’s great to see new people every week. This week we got a bit more physical with a lot more running around using the skills we have learnt. Check out our short video from this weeks session.

WOW! what an amazing turnout it was this week. 26 people joined in the fun at our third back to hockey session. This week we concentrated on the hitting technique and the different types of hitting. No one won the free drink from the club bar, but most people stayed for a drink post training!
