Well, what a game - a fantastic performance from everyone today!

Foggy was literally impenetrable in goal, the defence was rock solid, and the wingers Jasper, Matt, Felix & James ran their socks off. Orchestrating the attack from top-diamond was Charlie P, who got the first two goals early on in the first half - a cleanly-struck short corner and a well-worked goal from open play.

The attacking trio of Codie, Diggory and Shane caused countless problems, latching onto the hits from Neil and requiring Sudbury's experienced defenders to make last-ditch tackles. Going into half time 2-0 up, the message was to keep pushing, and after soaking up a bit of pressure in the second half, including a penalty flick saved, another breakaway resulted in Shane scoring on his debut for FHC, slotting home the rebound from his initial shot.

Final score 3-0, the second win in as many weeks for the men's 4th team. Sudbury were unlucky not to get a goal out of the game as they played well and in good spirit - giving one of their youngsters to take the penalty flick was truly in the spirit of the development game.
