4. EH Game Management System

From the start of the 2021/22 season EVERY hockey player playing league or cup hockey must be registered with England Hockey.

All team sheets are now submitted via the new EH Game Management System so if you are not registered you CANNOT play.

If you are NEW to hockey and are not yet registered on the EH GMS.

Go to EH GMS and click ‘Register’

Players Over 18

• Select ‘player’, add your details and select your club
• You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed (note: the code often goes to SPAM/JUNK)
• Complete your full profile
• Wait for approval from your club

Players Under 18 must be registered by a parent

• Select ‘parent’, add your details, select your club
• You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed (note: the code often goes to SPAM/JUNK)
• Complete your full profile including the details of your players
• Wait for approval from your club

If you are already registered on GMS for a different club you must go through the TRANSFER process.

Players Over 18

• Login to your account
• Select "My Clubs"
• Select "Request To Join New Club"
• Complete the form and click "Submit"

Players Under 18
As at 10/2023 this process cannot be completed by logging into your account. Please email your request to secretary@felixstowehockeyclub.co.uk and give details of the club you wish to transfer from.

(Note that when players are 18 full profiles can be created and transferred to the player)

This is an EH registration requirement and is in addition to registering with the club.
